Legal Requirements For Marriage
The bride and groom must appear together in person at the Hawaii State Department of Health. The license is issued at the time of application and must be used within 30 days from the date of issue. All documents should be originals or certified originals. As an alternative to doing it your self wedding coordinators and many resorts offer special wedding packages which include handling all the legal details.
