Legal Requirements For Marriage

You must be in the Turks and Caicos for 24 hours before applying for a marriage license. You both must be present for the paperwork and the application for the Turks and Caicos marriage license must be made by a Marriage Officer. This is usually Contact the Registrar of Marriage for a list of Marriage Officers. All documents should be originals or certified originals. As an alternative to doing it yourself wedding coordinators at many resorts offer special wedding packages which include handling all the legal details.
