Legal Requirements For Marriage
You must be in the Turks and Caicos for 24 hours before applying for a marriage license. You both must be present for the paperwork and the application for the Turks and Caicos marriage license must be made by a Marriage Officer. As an alternative to doing it yourself wedding coordinators at many resorts offer special wedding packages which include handling all the legal details.
