Legal Requirements For MarriageApplications to marry are made through a local lawyer to the Attorney General, who issues the marriage license following a two-day residence for the couple. The Attorney General should receive the application at least two working days before the license is needed. All documents should be originals or certified originals. As an alternative to doing it your self wedding coordinators and many resorts offer special wedding packages which include handling all the legal details.
