Legal Requirements For Marriage
You can choose to bring the required documents to The Deputy Chief Secretary's office and make the application in person. It can usually be complete on the same day as the application. Contact the Deputy Chief Secretary for a list of Marriage Officers in the Cayman Islands. All documents should be originals or certified originals. As an alternative to doing it yourself wedding coordinators at many resorts offer special wedding packages which include handling all the legal details.
